Appearance: Calintz has silverwhite hair that falls past his shoulders, which he keeps tied up at all times, and white long-ish fingernails (most people suspect that he paints them but are either too polite or creeped out to ask...). Rather effeminate-looking in a long white sleeveless top that has a slit all the way up to his hips and rather low pants showing off his almost womanly ass, he is often mistaken for a girl- until he opens his mouth and talks, that is.

Personality: He hides his emotions all the time, preferring to stay indifferent to most things. Because of that, Calintz usually comes off as a cold stoic bastard, but in reality but he cares for his comrades and is willing to put his life on the line for them, thus earning their trust. He also tends to go off into another world whenever he's busy thinking, and it's difficult to get his attention whenever he starts to zone out.

Abilities/Weaponry: A highly skilled swordsman, trained mainly in the Fuget (Wind) style. His weapon of choice is Kyoku Shin Fugetsu Tou, a sword created with all of Fuget's secret techniques.

Weaknesses: Oddly, he likes to help people without a reason. Usually results in him getting into quite a lot of unnecessary trouble.

History: Separated from his mother at birth with only a bracelet to his name, Calintz was brought up as Mano and trained in Fugetsu Forest by one of the Eight Heroes. Upon meeting Hugo later, the two became friends quickly, sealing their friendship by exchanging their most prized possessions- Hugo gave Mano a dagger, and Mano gave up his bracelet. Bad move, however, as this proved to be the only way that his mother, Priestess Ladrinne, was later able to identify him as her son.

Calintz finished his training and went on to become the captain of the mercenary group, the Tears of Blood, under the command of General Agreian, searching for the Light of Salvation in order to activate the Magna Carta and hopefully, end the war once and for all. The human race's only enemy was the Yason until it was revealed that "Agreian" had been the one causing all the unrest between the two different races. Eventually, Calintz killed Agreian, whose real name was Neikan, with his own hands, effectively ending the war and reforging peace between the two races. He then settled down in the Great Temple at Amabat, with his mother Ladrinne, as the true son of Ladrinne Milire Owen.

An avid hunter, he was out on an ordinary day tracking down Feral Lynxes in the Doren Ruins when a freak accident occurred, involving a Celestial Lantern, a Mountain Talisman, an unusually large explosion and not surprisingly, a very preoccupied Calintz. When the smoke cleared, he found himself in an open space, completely different from the ruins, faced with a pair of massive gates.
